Laura Dutton

Laura Dutton is an accomplished business strategist currently serving as Vice President of Business Strategy at Bridgewater Consulting Group, Inc. since July 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the Chief Strategy Officer at JEA, leading a diverse team focused on organizational effectiveness and business development. Laura's extensive experience at the Tennessee Valley Authority spanned from 2003 to 2021, during which Laura held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Talent Planning and Director of Engagement & Inclusion, where responsibility included enhancing employee engagement and culture. Additionally, Laura developed talent strategies, led workforce analytics initiatives, and managed corporate business planning efforts. Laura earned an MBA and a BBA in Accounting and French from the University of North Alabama.
