Madison Stegall is a skilled Special Educator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) currently employed at Bridgeway Academy since August 2020. Prior experience includes working as an ABA Aide at Nationwide Children's Hospital from November 2016 to August 2020, providing one-on-one Autism Behavioral Analysis therapy. Additionally, Madison served as an ABA Therapist offering in-home therapy to clients aged 10 to 20. Over time, Madison has also held positions such as Information Desk Assistant at The Ohio State University and Development and Operations Intern at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, where responsibilities included managing donor profiles and supporting the operations team. Madison holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, completed an MBA in Business Administration from Purdue Global, and earned an Academic Honors Degree from Fishers High School.

Founded by Speech-Language Pathologist Abby David and Music Therapist Erin Nealy in 2005 (originally as Helping Hands Center for Special Needs), the goal of Bridgeway Academy is to help each child reach his or her highest potential. Bridgeway Academy accomplishes this goal by providing outstanding school day education, summer camp activities, and physical, occupational, speech, and music therapies for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. With a staff of more than 200 certified teachers, therapists, psychologists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Bridgeway Academy envisions a a world of opportunity for every child and a community of support for every family.
