Aisha Ali, BSN, RN, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services since October 2022, Aisha provides nursing assessment and direct-support services to individuals with serious mental illness in the PACT program, while also offering support and education to team members. Prior to this role, Aisha worked as a Nurse Technician at Mayo Clinic from February 2021 to May 2022, performing patient care tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. Earlier career roles include management positions at The Adecco Group and a recruiter position at Renewal Memory Partners, where Aisha developed comprehensive recruiting plans, conducted candidate assessments, and provided administrative support to senior management. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Baruch College.
