Brendon Kienhofer has extensive and diverse work experience in the customer service and business analyst fields. Brendon began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at Affiliated Computer Services, where they worked until 2004. Brendon then joined First Data Corporation as a Merchant Activations Specialist for six months before returning to Affiliated Computer Services as a Customer Service Representative from 2005 to 2006.
In 2006, Brendon joined Xerox as a Customer Service Manager, where they worked for seven years until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable experience and skills in managing customer service operations.
In 2013, Brendon joined Bridgeway Benefit Technologies as a Technical Software Support Analyst. Brendon took on various roles within the company, including Business Analyst II for Customer Experience Team Blue and Senior Business Analyst. Brendon is currently serving as the Customer Support Analyst Team Lead.
Throughout their career, Brendon has exhibited a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support and has developed expertise in business analysis.
Brendon Kienhofer attended Frankfort High School from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Brendon obtained a certificate as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
