Jenny Morgan serves as the Chairman of the Board and President and CEO of Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, a company formed through the merger of basys LLC and Innovative Software Solutions (ISSI) Inc in 2022. With nearly 14 years of leadership at basys LLC, Jenny has driven significant advancements in benefit administration automation, data security compliance, and workforce expansion. In addition to her current roles, Jenny is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and has held director positions at Mirixa Corporation and the Federal Reserve Board of Richmond, where Jenny served as Chair from 2012 to 2014. Previous experience includes a principal role at Sterling Partners and CEO at ViPS, along with a senior VP position at Emdeon. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
