Devin Benton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Devin began their career in the US Army, serving as a Captain from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they joined Capital Institutional Services, Inc. (CAPIS) in 2000 as a VP of International and Institutional Sales, where they sold and covered institutional investors in Western Europe and the Southeast. In 2009, Benton joined Southwest Securities, Inc. as a Client Relationship Manager before transitioning to South Texas Money Management in 2011 as a Business Development Officer. At South Texas Money Management, they marketed asset management services to third-party partners, institutional investors, and investment consultants. Benton then moved on to OppenheimerFunds in 2013 as a VP of Institutional Sales. Currently, they are working at Bridgeway Capital Management, Inc. since 2016, holding the position of Partner and Director of Institutional Sales.

Devin Benton began their education at Kemper Military School and College from 1991 to 1993, where they received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies with a focus on Military Science. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Marketing.
