Tarresa Richards

Tarresa Richards possesses extensive experience in children’s ministry and educational environments, with a career at BridgeWay Church spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant to the Children’s Pastor since January 2022, Tarresa has also held roles such as Early Elementary Coordinator and Trauma-Informed Care specialist. Tarresa's expertise includes classroom management, volunteer training, and curriculum development, with a strong focus on supporting special needs and trauma-affected children. Additionally, Tarresa has experience as a Substitute Teacher in public schools. Tarresa's educational background includes certifications in children’s ministry, trauma-informed practices, and a degree in respiratory therapy from Francis Tuttle.
