Becky Chin has extensive experience in the field of education and individualized supports, currently serving as Program Manager of Individualized Supports and previously as Program Director at Bridgewell since June 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities, including staff management and monitoring medical needs. Prior to this, Becky worked as a Special Education Teacher at May Institute from July 2014 to June 2015, focusing on delivering instruction, implementing behavior support plans, and designing individualized curricula. Additionally, Becky held the position of Severe Special Education Teacher at Salem Public Schools from January 2010 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Salem State University and ongoing studies towards a Master's Degree in Severe Special Education at Baypath College.
