Cheryl Oliphant

Cheryl Oliphant is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Staff Developer at Bridgewell since December 2021. Responsibilities include coordinating MAP testing, designing and revising curriculum, instructing First Aid/CPR and behavior management courses, and actively participating in Safety and DEI Committees. Prior to Bridgewell, Cheryl worked at Vinfen for over 21 years in various roles including Senior Training Coordinator, Senior Training Manager, and Training Specialist, where Cheryl coordinated training schedules, managed training compliance, and recruited instructors. Cheryl began the career as a Direct Care Worker and progressed to management roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring quality training and safety measures in diverse environments. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Radford University.
