Nikki Kachinski (Silva)

Nikki (Silva) Kachinski is a seasoned professional with a strong background in development and marketing, currently serving as a Development & Marketing Associate at Bridgewell since November 2010. In this role, Nikki supports the Chief Development Officer in managing a comprehensive donor-centered fund development and marketing program, focusing on individual and corporate giving, grants, special events, and planned giving. Prior experience includes a position as Communications and Development Associate at Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance from October 2007 to November 2010, where Nikki organized special events to promote the Housing First initiative. Additionally, Nikki's experience includes freelance editing for the Title I Dissemination Project and a communications assistant role at AARP Massachusetts. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Sociology from Quinnipiac University.
