Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Investment Manager at Bridgewest Ventures NZ since February 2020, Kate's previous roles include Program Manager at Technology Incubator and multiple leadership positions at the Royal New Zealand Air Force, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing large-scale organizational restructures and capability developments to managing compliance audits and avionics engineering operations. Kate holds a Master's in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and several other qualifications in aerospace and engineering, demonstrating a strong educational foundation to complement their leadership and technical expertise.
