Bridging Barriers
Ademide Adenuga is a dedicated student pursuing education at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace, with a focus on gaining experience in finance and community engagement. Currently serving as a Student Brand Ambassador for FFA-FutureFinanceApprentice and as an Apprenticeship Ambassador for RateMyApprenticeship, Ademide is also an active member of The Black Apprentice Network. Recent roles include Mentee at Bridging Barriers and participation in the Advancing Futures Programme with Morgan Stanley. Ademide has engaged in internships and work experience opportunities, including positions at EY, the Financial Times, and Royal London Asset Management, where skills in business, finance, and analytical reporting were further developed. Currently studying towards the CISI Level 2 Fundamentals in Financial Services, Ademide demonstrates a strong commitment to growth in the financial sector.

Bridging Barriers is social mobility charity supporting young people aged 16-25 to achieve career success through mentoring, virtual masterclasses and networking events. With mentoring at the forefront of what we do, we give young people access to professionals who empower them with the soft and hard skills needed to thrive. Our virtual masterclasses and networking events complement the mentoring, allowing young people to build employment networks to strengthen access to opportunities.
