Stefanie Heiter

Stefanie Heiter is the Founder and CEO of Bridging Distance, a company established in August 2010 that focuses on facilitating collaboration among individuals separated by various challenges. In addition to this role, Stefanie serves as a Senior Consultant at Organizational Learning Solutions, Inc. since February 2000 and was a Partner at Strategies In Play, LLC from August 2005 to 2010, specializing in management consulting and training to enhance virtual teamwork across diverse contexts. Prior experience includes serving as President of HeiterConnect, Inc. from May 1996 to August 2005. Stefanie holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Management and Organization from Antioch University New England, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University.
