Rohit Chawla

Rohit Chawla has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Rohit co-founded Bridging Gaps in 2013, where they are responsible for staffing and learning and development practices. Prior to that, they worked at Tata DOCOMO from 2009 to 2013, where they held positions such as North Hub Head of Operations and Customer Service Delivery, and Head of Projects (GSM). Rohit also worked at Bharti Airtel as a National Manager for Prepaid Service Delivery from 2004 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Max Newyork Life Insurance, Tata AIG Life Insurance, and Spice Telecom.

Rohit Chawla obtained their MBA degree in Marketing and HR from Panjab University, where they attended from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Punjabi University, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Rohit completed their 10+2 education at DAV College Sec 10, Chandigarh from 1990 to 1992. Rohit'ssecondary education, which included their 10th grade, was completed at Govt Model High School Sec 16, Chandigarh from 1985 to 1990.
