Raik Madla

Raik Madla serves as the Head of Sourcing Office at BridgingIT GmbH since November 2022 and also holds the position of Venture Manager at Seed Investments GmbH, where the focus is on providing guidance and support to startups. Additionally, since May 2011, Raik Madla has been the founder of AudioCure Pharma GmbH, overseeing financial planning, project management, and business development activities, including investor relations and funding rounds. Previous roles include Project Manager at SPRIND - Bundesagentur für Sprunginnovationen and Investment Manager at ibg Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbh. With extensive experience in various leadership positions, Raik Madla has also served as a Board Observer for multiple companies and was the Managing Director at arivis - a ZEISS company. Raik Madla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Unternehmensgründung und Nachfolge from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
