Tier 2 Support Manager – Customer Success Department at BriefCam

Raed Bader has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Raed is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at BriefCam, where they have been since October 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Tier III Support Specialist at the same company from July 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for delivering global support, troubleshooting web applications, and developing customer technology solutions.

Before joining BriefCam, Raed worked at IBM as an Incident Manager from July 2015 to March 2018. Raed also worked as a BSM Consultant at Aman Group from July 2014 to June 2015 and as a NOC Team Leader at Oasis Communication Technologies from July 2013 to June 2014.

Raed's early work experience includes positions at HP Software, where they served as a Technical Support Engineer from April 2010 to June 2013, and as a Network Operation Center Engineer from September 2007 to March 2010. Raed also worked as a Technical Support Team Leader at Mercury Interactive from June 2005 to August 2007.

Raed Bader completed their Engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from ORT College Jerusalem, from 1991 to 1996.
