Nimesh Gupta

Nimesh Gupta is the CEO & Co-Founder of Briefly, a company developing modern AI tools for big law firms. Prior to their current role, Gupta was the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Crosspath Capital Fund I, a secondaries-focused fund. Nimesh also co-founded OneMob, a SaaS platform, and held the position of COO. Additionally, Gupta was a COO and founding team member at Top Prospect, a SaaS based HCM platform. Previously, Nimesh worked at Apple Inc. as a business leader and was a lawyer at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, focusing on complex IP disputes and corporate law. Gupta holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
