Briefly Bio
Staffan Piledahl is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in laboratory automation and software engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Briefly, Bio since September 2022, Staffan previously worked as a Lab Automation Consultant at Good at Work, where the focus was on aiding early-stage biotech companies with lab automation. As Principal Automation Engineer at LabGenius from March 2018 to April 2022, Staffan was instrumental in developing and scaling the LabGenius automated wet lab platform and leading various projects. Staffan has also held positions as Scrum Master/Agile Leader at Volvo Trucks, where the agile transformation within teams was a primary focus, and as an Embedded Software Engineer. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Halmstad University and additional studies at Minnesota State University and Malmö University, Staffan has built a strong foundation for a career across diverse engineering roles and startups.
