Tom Pfaff

Tom Pfaff has extensive work experience in strategy roles. Tom started their career as a Senior Consultant at Luminant Worldwide in 1999 and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they joined Adea Solutions and worked as a Senior Consultant until 2004. Tom then joined Brierley+Partners as Vice President, Strategy in 2004. In 2008, Tom moved to e-Rewards and worked as Director, Strategy until 2009.

Tom Pfaff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between the years 1992 and 1997. Tom later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University, from 1997 to 1999.
