Tim Peoples

Tim Peoples has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Tim has held leadership positions in various companies, including being the Vice President of Operations at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Dough Operations at T. Marzetti Company and as the SVP of Supply Operations at Wis-Pak Inc. Tim also has experience as a Vice President of Operations Improvements at Wis-Pak and as a Director of US Manufacturing Network and Plant Director at Ocean Spray Cranberries. Tim's extensive experience includes managing budgets, improving safety and engagement, leading capital projects, optimizing supply chain functions, and achieving cost savings. Tim has been recognized for their leadership and performance, receiving awards such as Plant Manager of the Year and EHS Plant of the Year.

Tim Peoples completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2000 to 2003.
