Violaine Germain

Violaine Germain began their work experience as an HR Manager at Ogilvy in 2001. Violaine then progressed to the role of Senior HR Manager from an unknown start date until July 2014. From June 2014 to January 2018, they served as the HR Business Director at Ogilvy. Following this, Germain worked as the Human Resources Director at Konbini from February 2018 to March 2021, contributing to the growth and structuring of the company. Violaine joined the team at Néa RH in April 2021 as a Shared HRD / HR Consultant / Transition HRD until February 2023. Currently, Germain holds the position of Chief People Officer at Brigad since February 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at Sciences Po starting in September 2018.

Violaine Germain began their education in 1996 at Université Paris Cité, where they pursued a DEUG Administration Economique et Social degree. Violaine then continued their studies at Institut de Gestion Sociale - IGS from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Deuxième cycle Administration du Personnel et Gestion de l’Emploi degree with a focus on Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général. Later, from 2000 to 2001, they attended Sciences Po and earned a Master's degree in Sociology & HR.
