Jay Bowen

Jay Bowen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jay is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Brigade Energy Services since January 2022 and also serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Jay was the President/CEO of Bowen Research & Development, Inc. starting in November 1993. Jay co-founded SonDance Solutions, LLC in August 2020 and served as the Chief Executive Officer until January 2022.

Jay has also held leadership positions at Patterson-UTI as the Vice President of Engineering & Technology from April 2013 to March 2020. In this role, they provided strategic support for Universal Pressure Pumping's ventures and acted as the Senior Executive for Global Partnership Operations.

Before joining Patterson-UTI, Jay was the Senior Director of Engineering and Global Technology at Key Energy Services from April 2006 to April 2013. Jay led global technology initiation programs and supervised efforts to integrate Key Services and products.

Jay's work experience began at IBM, where they worked as a Systems Engineer from August 1989 to November 1993.

Jay Bowen has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
