Shipra Saha

Shipra Saha is a seasoned Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Company Secretary at Shetron Ltd since August 2022. Previously, Shipra held similar roles at M/s Apex Enterprises (India) Limited and M/s Indo-Eco (India) Limited from August 2020 to July 2022 and January 2019 to June 2020, respectively. Additionally, Shipra worked as a Consultant for CS Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla from September 2017 to November 2018. Academic qualifications include a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a B.Com in Business/Commerce from Siliguri College of Commerce, completed in 2014.
