Eduardo Rosado Fernández de Castro

Eduardo Rosado Fernández de Castro is a Partner at Brigard Urrutia. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Affairs VP at Promigas S.A. E.S.P. from February 1999 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of good corporate governance practices, including the Code of Good Governance and Code of Conduct. Eduardo also established performance metrics for the processes in charge, including contractual models for self-repetition tasks and the establishment of a legal policy extended to the entire portfolio. Additionally, they led the legal strategy for the acquisition of Terpel.

Before their time at Promigas, Fernández de Castro served as a Legal Adviser at Cementos del Caribe S.A. from October 1992 to January 1999. Eduardo began their career as a Consultant Lawyer at Independiente from June 1990 to October 1992, before moving on to Auditamos S.A. - División Avianca as a Consultant from October 1989 to May 1990.

Eduardo Rosado Fernández de Castro has a corporate responsibility management course from IE Business School, a modern corporate governance course from Euromoney Training, a management program for lawyers from Yale School of Management, senior management studies from Universidad del Norte, a diploma in public home services from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a postgraduate degree in corporate law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a course on finance for non-financiers from Universidad del Norte, a postgraduate degree in commercial law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Eduardo is also a highschool graduate from Colegio Karl C. Parrish.
