Angela Thornhill pursued their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1989 at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in History. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, Thornhill attended the University of Houston Law Center, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in law.
