Caroline Thompson is a highly accomplished Real Estate Sales Associate currently affiliated with Compass since July 2024 and Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty since June 2017, where Caroline has established specialization in buying, selling, leasing, and referrals across numerous neighborhoods in Dallas. A 3rd generation real estate agent, Caroline has received multiple accolades, including being named in People Newspaper's "20 Under 40" in 2018, and recognized by D Magazine as one of the "Best Real Estate Agents" and "Top Residential Real Estate Producers" from 2018 to 2024. Prior to their real estate career, Caroline gained diverse experience in marketing and brand management through various roles, including independent consulting and positions at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, The Richards Group, and Conde Nast. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona and studied abroad in the Italian Fashion Industry, Art, and Design.
