Apoorva Gomber

Associate Advocacy Director, Center For Integration Science In Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women's Hospital

Apoorva Gomber currently serves as the Associate Advocacy Director at Brigham and Women's Hospital within the Center for Integration Science in Global Health Equity, focusing on advocacy leadership concerning national and global health initiatives. In addition, Apoorva Gomber holds a position as a Research Fellow with PLOS Global Public Health and is an Editorial Board Member for Diabetes India Youth in Action (DIYA), an organization co-founded to advocate for individuals living with type one diabetes. Previous experiences include a Clinical Research Internship at Joslin Diabetes Center and receiving the ISPAD Allan Drash Clinical Fellowship, as well as roles in policy and advocacy with DakshamA Health and the International Diabetes Federation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Doctor of Medicine from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
