Sarah Kirchofer serves as the Regional Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations for Primary Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy, clinical operations, budget performance, and program management for multiple primary care practices. During the Covid pandemic, Sarah Kirchofer provided interim executive leadership for the Occupational Health Program, effectively scaling operations to support over 20,000 employees. With a history of developing innovative clinical programs, Sarah Kirchofer designed and led the Hospital's first Ambulatory Covid Clinics. In addition to current board membership at the Intelyheart Foundation, Sarah Kirchofer has contributed to Mass General Brigham as an interim co-lead for the Pre-Visit Clinical Review Program and has held various leadership roles throughout a career spanning over two decades in healthcare. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bates College, with an ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
