Bright Achievements
Rachael Ferry serves as the Director of Operations at Bright Achievements since September 2021, focusing on clinical staff placement, client advocacy, quality assurance, data collection, and training development for Behavior Technicians. Concurrently, Rachael has been a Special Education Teacher with the NYC Department of Education since September 2018. Rachael's extensive experience includes roles as a Respite Specialist and Home Health Aide with Chinese America, as well as a Crisis Paraprofessional with the NYC Department of Education and a Respite Specialist at Navy Safe Harbor Foundation. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Special/General Education and Teaching from Touro University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a Psychology minor from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
