Kesiah Bascom

Kesiah Bascom is a Lead Designer at BrightAction since February 2023. Previously, Kesiah served as the Community Programs and Partnerships Manager at Cultivate Collective from September 2023 to June 2024 and was the Founder/Owner of OffBeet Compost from January 2017 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as Community Program Manager at Mill City Grows, Assistant Grower at The Food Project, and Peace Corps Volunteer focused on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security. Kesiah also worked as an Americorps Build-A-Garden Fellow and interned at Adoption & Foster Care Mentoring. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Urban Environmental Policy & Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Northeastern University.
