Rebecca Rorke

Rebecca Rorke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fundraising, philanthropy, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Development and External Affairs at Bright Beginnings, Inc. since December 2020, Rebecca designs and implements strategic fundraising plans, manages key donor relationships, and directs communications efforts to enhance organizational visibility. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Director of Philanthropy at Youth For Understanding USA, where notable achievements included managing significant corporate sponsorships and directing major donor engagement. Further experience includes serving as the Director of Programs at Kirov Academy of Ballet of Washington, DC, and as the Director of Government Affairs at Dance/USA, where advocacy efforts aimed to elevate the contributions of nonprofit performing arts. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Arts Management and Dance from Point Park University and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the International TEFL Academy.
