Heather Sakai

Heather Sakai is a seasoned professional in social media engagement and marketing, currently serving as the Social Media Engagement Coordinator at Bright Beginnings since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing the Cuyahoga Parents Connect Facebook community and Instagram account. With a robust background in the arts and education, Heather has been the Marketing Director at Cleveland Dance Project since June 2017, overseeing various organizational events and teaching dance. Previous roles include Marketing Associate at Osborn Engineering and Marketing and Content Manager at Go Media, where Heather developed marketing strategies and coordinated large events. Additional experience includes teaching ballet at Beck Center for the Arts and managing dance programs at The Little Gym International, along with earlier positions focused on research coordination at University Hospitals. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Contemporary Dance from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from the Mandel School at CWRU, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University.
