Amy Lissimore is an experienced technical manager with a solid background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Technical Manager at BBF Limited since June 2023, Amy previously held the same position at Burton's Biscuit Company from March 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Amy worked as the Cluster Technical Manager at Valeo Foods Group from July 2017 to March 2021 and as the Quality Manager at Salads To Go Limited between August 2015 and March 2017. Amy's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food Science and Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 2001 and 2005.

We develop and manufacture an extensive range of high quality ambient cake products across several different categories including, celebration cakes, fruit pies and tarts, chocolate enrobed cakes, Christmas cakes and mince pies. Our newly acquired wide variety of chilled desserts extend our sweet treats offering to include cheesecakes, sponge puddings and crumbles. BBF has six bakeries, five across the North of England and one in Poland, employing over 2,000 people.
