Steve Caulton possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Site Engineering Manager and Site Projects Manager at BBF Limited since August 2021, while also holding the position of Operations Manager at ISI Ltd since April 2020. Prior to these roles, Steve spent several years at Pro-Pak Foods as Factory Manager since January 2014 and has been with Cranswick Convenience Foods as Site Engineering Manager since July 2007. Steve's career also includes a significant tenure at Convenience Food Systems as Technical Service Manager from February 1999 to July 2007. Educationally, Steve is an alumnus of Leeds Trinity University.
