Pradeep Kandikatla

Pradeep Kandikatla has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Pradeep is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Bright.Blue since August 2022. Prior to this, Pradeep worked at RBC Group from July 2019 to August 2022, where they held the position of Director of Technology.

Before joining RBC Group, Pradeep was associated with TUI from June 2016 to June 2019. During their time at TUI, they held various roles such as Principal Solutions Architect, Technical Architect - Cloud migration, and Technical Architect. In these roles, they led initiatives for enhancements and new initiatives with the Hybris eCommerce platform, as well as migration of TUI's systems to AWS. Pradeep also had line management responsibilities and was actively involved in the architecture governance board at TUI.

Prior to their tenure at TUI, Pradeep worked at Sonata Software from July 2007 to May 2016. Pradeep started as a Senior Software Development Engineer and gradually progressed to roles like Senior Software Engineer, Hybris Solutions Designer, and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Sonata Software, Pradeep played a key role in designing and implementing Hybris solutions for TUI, including customized customer account functionality and migration of legacy platforms to Hybris.

Pradeep Kandikatla completed their Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2000 and 2004. Pradeep also obtained a certification in AWS Solution Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2017.
