Richard Gray has over 30 years of work experience. In 1988, they began their career at Gerrard & National Holdings PLC as an Arbitrage Desk. Richard then moved to The Industrial Bank of Japan in 1993, where they were in the Proprietary Trading Group. In 1998, they co-founded One Squared Ltd. In 2003, they became CEO and COO of Clarus Transphase Scientific, Inc., where they were in charge of R&D and selling their product range. In 2012, they founded The Product Incubator LLC. In 2013, they became a Non-Executive Director of TIGNUM // ENGINEERING SUSTAINABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE. Most recently, in 2016, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Brightday, a start-up building a suite of smart software solutions addressing workplace well-being problems.

Richard Gray's education history includes attending Rugby School from 1979 to 1984, The University of Edinburgh from 1985 to 1988 where they earned a BSc in Business Studies & Economic History, and London Business School from 1995 to 1996 where they earned an IMP96.
