Aarohi Desai has experience working in various roles in the field of human resources. Aarohi started their career at TCA Holdings as a Payroll Coordinator, where they processed payroll for multiple clubs with over 100 employees using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains HRIS. Aarohi also managed employee information and integrated with the Kronos time management system. Aarohi then worked at DARD Products, Inc. as an HR Generalist, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, processing payroll, and effectively communicating with management and employees. Aarohi then joined Anixter as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed employee onboarding and offboarding, assisted in benefits administration, processed payroll, and maintained employee records in the ADP system. Aarohi most recently worked at Rescar Companies as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on various HR responsibilities. Aarohi is currently employed at Bright Direction Dental as an HR & Payroll professional.

Aarohi Desai pursued their education at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2006 to 2009, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources. Aarohi then enrolled at Sardar Patel University and obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services, studying there from 2009 to 2011.
