Mahindar Singh has over 20 years of experience in the software and BPO industry. Mahindar began their career in 2000 as a Senior Programmer at Zenith Software in the UK. In 2003, they joined Southern Offershore Solutions as a Client Support Manager. In 2005, they were promoted to Associate Vice President at Godrej Global Solutions Ltd. where they were responsible for operational and quality management of projects in Healthcare, Medical Billing, and Document Management. In 2008, they joined Tricom Infotech Solutions Ltd. as an Associate Vice President and was responsible for responding to Claim Processing RFPs and Client Management. In 2010, they became Vice President of Operation at Infinx Services (formerly Tandon IS) - US Healthcare BPO, where they were responsible for driving overall Chennai Operations. Finally, in 2012, they joined Bright Hat as Chief Operating Officer and played a critical role in building a world-class BPO operation. Mahindar also led a people-first culture and served as the lead liaison to the sales and client relationship teams.
Mahindar Singh's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Sambalpur University between 1987 and 1990, an Inter from Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Black Belt Certified from Benchmark Six Sigma in Six Sigma Methodology and its implementation, a Master in Business Management from ICFAI University in Management, a PMP from Project Management Institute in Project Management, and an Executive Program on Senior Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (SMP). Mahindar also attended Uditnagar High School.
