Bill Phelan

Bill Phelan has held various roles in the business world since 1992. Bill began their career at Nautic Partners as a Partner in 1992. In 1995, they became the SVP Technology & Strategy at FTD, Inc. and later conceived and led the Acquisition of FTD. In 1999, they founded and became the CEO of OneMade, Inc., which was acquired by America Online in 2003. Bill was then the SVP E-Commerce at America Online. In 2008, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Bright Hub, Inc. and a Member of the Board of Directors at Capital District Physician's Health Plan. In 2012, they co-founded and became the CEO of College Factual. In 2015, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors and Investor at Ezoic. Finally, in 2007 they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Paradigm Capital Management, and in 2004 they became the Chair of the Board of Directors and Investor at Soluna.

Bill Phelan's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Siena College, which they completed in 1988. Bill then went on to earn a Master of Studies in Taxation from Baruch College in 1990.
