Roushan Kumar

Roushan Kumar has worked in the software engineering industry since 2014. Roushan began their career at CGI as a Software Engineer, where they worked on a Point of Sale system based on Retail Domain and an insurance application for a major bank of Finland. In 2017, they joined Coverfox Insurance as a Software Engineer, where they handled the Motor Product module, Renewal Module, Instant Renewal, Cross Sell, and Integration of new affiliates with the system. Roushan also built many new products, including commercial insurance product and tools to be used internally, and automated many after-sales processes and manual jobs for the company. In 2019, they joined Goibibo as Lead Software Engineer at MakeMytrip Group, where they led the wallet and rewards systems of Goibibo and developed common loyalty (goTribe and MMTBlack) and user service orchestrator platforms powering Goibibo and MakeMyTrip. In 2020, they joined Bright Money as Director of Engineering and Lead Engineer.

Roushan Kumar attended DR. B C ROY ENGINEERING COLLEGE from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended DAV public school.
