Lizzeth Lorena Contreras has a diverse work experience. Lizzeth Lorena began their career in 2017 as a Social Service at UDLAP, where they participated in the project "Effect of UV rays on fruits and vegetables" and worked on efficiency of methods for hygiene care in production processes. Later that year, they started working at Food Network Consulting-Mexico as an Internship Trainee, where they optimized three food processes and worked with communication and IT teams to complete the PEI program. Lizzeth Lorena then became a Food Design Specialist, where they developed the formulation and industrial process of 3 drinks, developed 4 different ready-to-eat powder products, and conducted an auditory in Chihuahua, México, to create value chains in diverse industrial areas. In 2017, they also began working at Rolo y Canela as a Research and Development Manager, where they developed a business strategy focused on the permanence of the clients, analyzed performance metrics, and created and developed specific food products. In 2020, they began working as a Freelance at Fiverr, where they improved two projects by auditing their processes and achieved a 10% decrease vs. 2020 redundant spending. Currently, they work at Bright Inc as a Recruitment Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruiting Specialist. In these roles, they have managed the entire recruitment and selection process, achieved 100% of hires stated in monthly hiring plans, created and launched a hiring manager trainee, increased conversion rate of Talent Acquisition to cultural fit, achieved 100% effective collection in a delinquent portfolio, and designed a database to monitor agreements.
