Shantel Sullivan, Ed.D., LCSW is a highly experienced professional in the field of social work and leadership development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bright Path Behavioral Health and as Founder and CEO of Sullivan Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, Shantel has a strong background in clinical supervision, program evaluation, and organizational culture. With previous roles as an Instructor at North Carolina State University and various positions at healthcare facilities and educational institutions, Shantel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work. Shantel holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership, a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
