Laure Lepagneul has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Laboratory Worker at Thor Personal Care. In 2019, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - University of Liège, where they designed new bio-based catalysts made from recycled cellulose and used analytical methods such as FTIR spectroscopy and UV spectrophotometry. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Sanofi as an Analytical Engineer, where they were involved in product understanding and biophysical characterization of Antibody Drugs Conjugates (ADC), purification and identification of drug degradation products or protein isoforms, and comparison of analytical methods for a precise Drug to Antibody Ratio (DAR) determination. Analytical methods used included FPLC (AKTA), cGE (Bioanalyzer Lab chip), icIEF, UV spectrophotometry, Size exclusion chromatography (UHPLC-SEC-UV and SEC-MS Q TOF), and RP-HPLC. Currently, they are a Research Associate at Bright Peak Therapeutics.

Laure Lepagneul has a Master degree (M2) in Biotechnology from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) which they obtained in 2020, as well as an Engineering degree in Chemistry from the Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale which they obtained in 2015.
