Gillian Jose-Riz

Gillian Jose-Riz is an experienced consultant currently at Bright + Early since January 2023. Previously, as Director of People & Culture at Bettermode, Gillian managed employee experience and strategic HR initiatives for a 40-person startup. At Ezra, Gillian served as People & Talent Manager, overseeing HR functions for a medical device company, while at Ada Support Inc., Gillian built comprehensive people operations during rapid growth. Early career roles included leadership positions at AIESEC Canada, focusing on organizational development and volunteer management, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at AbeBooks. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Service Management from the University of Victoria.
