Catherine Carroll

Catherine Carroll, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Catherine is currently working at Bright Realty as the SVP of Finance & Accounting, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they were the Controller at Bright Realty from March 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Bright Realty, Catherine worked as a Client Accounting Manager at R1 RCM from October 2018 to March 2020. Catherine also served as the Assistant Controller at Streetlane Homes from February 2017 to September 2018.

Catherine gained further experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at BMO Financial Group from January 2016 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked at GE Capital in various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst from January 2014 to December 2015, Lead Analyst from April 2013 to January 2014, and Lead Accountant from May 2011 to April 2013.

Earlier in their career, Catherine worked as a Senior Property Accountant at Greystar Real Estate Partners from January 2009 to March 2011. Catherine also had an internship at Hopkins Commercial in 2007. Overall, Catherine Carroll has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience in different roles and industries.

Catherine Carroll, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, attending from 2012 to 2013. In May 2015, Catherine Carroll obtained their CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
