Karen Kool

Karen Kool has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Karen began their career at Nike in 2001 as a Team Lead/Credit Analyst for the French market before transitioning to a Business & Control Analyst role where they focused on analyzing and improving credit strategies and operational performance for various regions. In 2008, Karen joined Personnel Power as a Financial Consultant and later moved to Michael Page Interim in the same capacity. In 2010, they joined Compressor Controls Corporation as an Accountant/Assistant Controller, where they remained until 2015. Karen then joined BDO Nederland as a Senior Financial Analyst from December 2015 to October 2016. Currently, Karen works as the Financial Controller at Bright River, a company that specializes in image editing, video editing, and 3D modeling services.

Karen Kool attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in European Business Administration (EBA). During this time, they studied various subjects, including Economics, Law, French, Communication, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and HRM. In 1998, Karen also had the opportunity to participate in a double degree program at IPAG Business School, although the specific field of study for this degree is not provided.
