Jean Simo

Jean Simo is a Nutritionist at Bright Road Recovery and the Business Owner of Korek Bar, specializing in vegan protein/energy plant-based bars. Jean also volunteered at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, providing nutritional recipes and designing health awareness brochures. Additionally, Jean served as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma, investigating the causes of overweight students and piloting nutritional lifestyle changes. Jean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, & Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
