Tom Mills

Tom Mills is a seasoned professional in the fields of marine conservation and sustainable finance, currently serving as the Blue Economy and Ocean Restoration Lead at Bright Tide since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tom contributed to Indo Ocean Project as a Marine Research Diver, focusing on ecological sustainability in Indonesia. From June 2014 to October 2022, Tom held multiple positions at Seedrs, a leading equity crowdfunding platform, including Product Manager and Investment Manager, overseeing fundraising for entrepreneurs. Additional experience includes mentoring startups with Virgin StartUp, conducting financial audits at Deloitte, and guiding in naturalist roles at Tagish Wilderness Lodge and Sacha Lodge. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter.
