With a background in IT and account management roles at companies like Direct Tec Inc., Adept Innovations, and Shade-O-Matic, Phalan brings a diverse range of experiences to their leadership coaching and development work. Phalan has also obtained certifications in Organizational Relationship & Systems Coaching from CRR Global and in Leadership Coaching from The Co-Active Training Institute.
