Filipe Bordoni has a rich and diverse work experience. Filipe started their career in 2005 as a Mainframe Developer at Focus Networks and Gennary & Peartree Consulting, working on projects such as the acquisition of BANESPA by Santander. In 2007, they joined Itaú where they worked as a Mainframe Developer and later as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to various projects and winning the Walter Moreira Sales Award in 2012. In 2016, they transitioned to a Product Owner role, implementing Agile methodologies in the wholesale bank. In 2019, they moved to Itau BBA as a Product Manager, managing a large project involving multiple areas, and later as a Product Owner for a Credit Platform implementation. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Trustly as the Director of Product Management and later became the VP of Products at BrightBid in 2023.

Filipe Bordoni has a diverse education history. In 2005, they started their academic journey at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. Filipe successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2008.

After gaining their Bachelor's degree, Filipe continued their education at FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas. Filipe enrolled in a Postgraduate program in Administration and attended from 2009 to 2012.

In 2014, Filipe Bordoni pursued further education in Organizational Leadership at FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas. This specific program lasted for one year, concluding in the same year.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Filipe has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Itaú. In 2020, they gained the SCRUM Foundation Professional Certification (SFPC), which was provided by CertiProf. More recently, in 2021, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
